Our property is located in a small village called Borgiallo, where time seems to slow down and every detail invites you to relax. We're about 35 kilometers from the Masino Castle, nestled in a corner of nature where simplicity meets the warmth of true hospitality.

Here, we offer our guests everything they need to feel at home: free Wi-Fi, a lush garden for unwinding, a barbecue area, and for those who love to explore, the possibility to rent eBikes to discover the surroundings in a fun and comfortable way. Private parking is available at no cost, and each accommodation has a private bathroom with a bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

But above all, this house has a soul. It was born almost by chance, from a love at first sight for this special place — the scent of the forest, the light filtering through the trees, the silence that speaks. We used natural, locally sourced materials to furnish it, guided by creativity and a desire to let the house and the woods converse with one another. Part of the building is old, the other more recent with a vintage flair. Every room tells a story, every corner is designed to surprise, to soothe, and to make you feel welcome.

Just outside the gate, many experiences await. You can walk to Chiesanuova along a forest trail, or follow the “Blues Trail”, a route where at each stop you’ll be greeted by the music of legendary blues artists. And if you're in the mood for something special, we can prepare an aperitif or dinner on request, featuring local products and tasting platters.

Not far from here, you'll find many places worth visiting: Ivrea, with its history and charm; the Belmonte Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; Santa Elisabetta, known for its blooming narcissus in May and stunning valley views. And of course, the Gran Paradiso National Park with the spectacular Nivolet Pass, the Castle of Agliè, Castellamonte—famous for its ceramic tradition—and the serene lakes of Candia and Viverone.
