This Agriturismo in Badia Polesine in Veneto was built on the property in 2010 and consists of small lodgings, to give other people the opportunity to spend a few moments of rest and relaxation, immersed in the green pastures and in the quiet of a ranch turned from dream to reality…

The farmhouse near the Po river delta offers hospitality in 2 independent mini-apartments and a double room. The apartments are furnished in perfect country style and equipped with every comfort, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, bathroom and bedroom linen, the kitchens are fully equipped.

All the electricity used to operate the rooms comes from photovoltaic panels; moreover, the heating also takes place using renewable energies, i.e. wood stoves. The photovoltaic panels are powered by a renewable energy source and guarantee zero environmental impact: in fact, they do not produce waste and harmful gases because they avoid the use of fossil fuels, have no electromagnetic radiation emissions and do not cause noise pollution. The installation of the same arranged above the canopy of the access stairway to the Agriturismo also implies an irrelevant landscape impact and prevents the land from heating up.

It will be the young family who will extend their hand upon your arrival, giving you their WELCOME with a beautiful smile, drawn on the face, perhaps a little tired at times, of those who have decided to share their everyday life and their love for existence with people near and far.

Activities to do on the farm and in the surrounding area

Walks on foot or on horseback
It is possible to relax by walking peacefully inside the property, enjoying the view of free grazing horses, trees and lots of greenery ... the chirping of birds ... and lastly; but certainly not as important, to accompany you on your green walk, there will be silence that dear and precious silence that our minds need so much...
Outside the farmhouse you will have the opportunity to take long (or short) walks along the banks of the Adige river, which is located a few meters away from our property, immersed in peace and tranquillity, away from the noise of everyday.
You will have the opportunity to go on long or short excursions on horseback to discover the treasures that the Adige river floodplain hides and keeps jealously secret.

Horse riding lessons
Every time we learn something new; we ourselves become something new" -Leo Buscaglia- Why not learn to ride a horse? It will be a kind of, let's call it a "study holiday" for you. The lessons will all be personalized and individual, i.e.: rider and instructor. The instructor boasts more than twenty years of experience working with horses, internships in America and Italy with the best trainers in the world.

Agri Fiscing
for lovers of fishing and relaxation it will be possible in the shade of a beautiful mulberry tree or, if you prefer, a large poplar and to practice agri-fishing. Characteristic, the beautiful pond, nestled in the center of the property, which measures a width of approximately 2 hectares, populate the pond carp and American catfish, mainly. The type of fishing that is practiced in the pond is the catch and quit.

Bird watching
Inside the property there are 2 lakes, a large one used for sport fishing and a second smaller one surrounded by a cane thicket and cattail, and here many animals find shelter including: kingfisher, hoopoe, mallard and many amphibians and reptiles; ideal place for bird watchers.

Playground
The little ones will have at their disposal a sandbox, a slide and a little house where they can spend some time outdoors, or the farm park where they will be free to jump and play without running into any kind of danger.

Parties, Birthdays, Family reunions
Our Agriturismo makes available to those wishing to celebrate a special day in a slightly different and unusual way, surrounded by their family and friends: the park, the room with an internal room and the portico. Inside the restaurant you can take advantage of a small fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, tables and chairs.
