Villa from the 19th century, belonging to the heirs of an ancient noble family of Arezzo, today is a splendid holiday home located on the hill overlooking Arezzo, Castelsecco, just a few minutes from the city center, reachable on foot.

Immersed in the greenery of Tuscany, it is the ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays in the name of relaxation, comfort and charm, tasting good local food, wine from the magnificent area of ​​Arezzo and its surroundings.

The villa is served by a swimming pool (7x14m) immersed in the greenery of the hill, with a wonderful view of the city center and its medieval towers.

The villa has a large common room with sofas, table and kitchen equipped for groups, and an external gazebo in front of the swimming pool, perfect for summer evenings enjoying the fresh air and fantastic sunsets, equipped with a large barbecue, tables and chairs for dining all together.
