Many people say that Italians eat a lot, well I think it's true, Italians love to eat, cook and talk about food... about their food!

That's why we would like to invite you into our kitchen, to talk about food over a glass of wine, to cook a tomato sauce together and share with you the love for food that Italians have!
Family recipes, fresh local ingredients, ours is a "cucina povera" translated as "good food for difficult times", simple ingredients, no food waste and the exclusive use of seasonal and local products!

And since we are lucky to have our Grandmother Maria on our staff, we will let her reveal the simple secrets of genuine cooking!
An old-fashioned woman who makes everything herself, pasta, limoncello, jams and everything that comes out of her kitchen is Buonissimo! Nonna Maria will teach you step by step the old traditional methods of cooking!

Join our family for a hands-on, fun, relaxing and informative cooking class in a friendly atmosphere!

The perfect cooking holiday or just a one-day experience...to take home unique memories.. And of course lots of secret recipes.
The class sizes vary from two to a maximum of ten people, just like the restaurant, the cooking classes are dedicated only to our guests. So each participant enjoys personal attention and gets the most out of each cooking session. The cooking classes are held in our kitchen and will be translated by Adriana into English.

“If we come back to Italy, it will be to stay with Adriana and her family again at their B&B. Everything about our experience was fantastic! The rooms were lovely and had great AC, the views are just incredible, and the food... We had homecooked multi-course dinners for several nights of our stay, and delicious homecooked breakfasts each morning. The food was some of the best we had on our trip. They even did a cooking class with us before one of the dinners so we could learn to make pasta. Adriana was a wonderful host and translated dinner conversation between the different groups staying (she speaks wonderful English). We truly felt apart of the family for the four nights we were there. Thank you for everything!”
