Martina et Maurizio sont accueillants et aux petits soins, ils ont su rester disponibles tout en étant discrets. Je me suis vraiment sentie très à l'aise, presque comme ''à la maison''. Arrivée en début de nuit, épuisée par un long trajet,, j'ai eu le plaisir de trouver de bonnes lasagnes au four, et Martina avait même prévu tout le nécessaire pour que je puisse déjeuner tranquillement le lendemain matin. Une attention particulièrement appréciable. L'appartament est parfaitement équipé et confortable. L'espace piscine est très agréable et offre une magnifique vue sur le village de Todi, et sur les collines Ombriennes. L'environnement est parfaitement calme, pleine campagne. Les commerces et autres commodités sont à 5 minutes Bref, endroit idéal pour se reposer, se ressourcer, d'autant que le propriétaire a choisi de ne faire que 5 appartements afin de garantir aux hôtes une certaine tranquilité, c'est une réussite ! Je reviendrai c'est sûr !

Nous sommes venus en début de saison et la piscine n'était pas encore en fonction..

Les multiples lieux de visite sont un ravissement, si vous souhaitez faire du vélo l'état des routes secondaires est plutôt propice au VTT qu'au vélo de route même si nous avons avalés quelques kms. La gastronomie et les vins sont à découvrir.. N'hésitez pas à aller manger chez Piero et Sylvana à Todi, vous serez ravis de L'accueil et du contenu de vos assiettes.

Comment by the Owner Merci pour le commentaire. Juste cette semaine, nous avons changé fournisseur de services Internet, et maintenant la connexion est bonne. En ce qui concerne l'air conditionné, je comprends le problème, mais il est limité à des moments très précis (la chaleur exceptionnelle de Juillet 2015 a été un phénomène que les météorologues ont appelé «la plus terrible des 200 dernières années''). Normalement, la chaleur dans notre propriété, qui se trouve sur une colline, est tempéré par une brise agréable qui refroidit l'air. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons acheté plusieurs ventilateurs et le problème a été résolu.

Todi 426 is an amazingly beautiful place. It had just the peace and comfort I was needing. Maurizio, the owner, was very helpful and accomodating. There was fresh produce from the garden, there was a view that seemed like a painting and all the comforts of home.

Visit Todi 426! Ask for the Il Papavero apartment. The view is to die for.

The apartment was spotless and we were provided with a welcome gift of wne, honey and oil. Fantastic view over the valley which we could see through the patio doors of our bedroom. Some good walks immediately from the accommodation that were well signed.

Very nice, comfortable accommodation. Property located in the peace and quiet of Umbrian hills. Friendly owner with lots of advice about the surrounding area including visits to Todi. Really enjoyed Grandma's cake and the produce we received on arrival - oil, eggs, coffee etc.

Nothing negative about this property, the staff or the location. Just one minor point - as we travelled slightly before the main holiday season the property was quiet. We enjoyed the peace and quiet but it meant certain facilities weren't usable, such as the pizza oven outside.

Unforgettable experience cooking with chef Flavia Bi at Hosteria Mattta (the mad inn) where we prepared our dinner for 4 hours and spent another 4 eating it, sampling various wines and so on. Fantastic. A real memory. Todi is a beautiful hill-top town well worth a visit or two.

Lieu de séjour idéal conjuguant le calme de la campagne, le charme d'un paysage ouvert et varié( point de vue imprenable dans un cadre de bon goût), le confort (piscine et terrasse) et la disponibilité, la discrétion des hôtes. De nombreuse excursions culturelles et sportives à proximité .

aucun bémol.... les moustiques, certains soirs de forte chaleur efficacement chassés par les lavandes ou la citronnelle! Il manque peut-être une essoreuse à salade en cuisine...

Suivre les suggestions de visite des hôtes: petits coins ravissant et plus confidentiels que les sites touristiques très courus. Ne pas rater les lasagnes et cannellonis du cru... Le lever de soleil sur la vallée du Tibre au pied de la ville de Todi....de votre fenêtre De la truffe, du sanglier dans les restaurants du coin.

Comment by the Owner The kitchen has 4 gas rings, oven, sink, fridge with freezer, plenty of cutlery and pottery. More than adequate for 4 people on holiday. I agree with Mrs. Leigh that a wider working surface could be helpful, but only if you want to have a party and invite many guests.

Comment by the Owner Mrs. Ercole's suggestion has been considered: now we cater some tasty home made meals and guests are very happy with this. ''Isolated'' is a very personal concept, probably inadequate to our accommodation. We are at walking distance (about 1 km.) from a village with grocery, bar, post office, church. Another village with supermarket, banks, gas pump., train station, chemist's, pizzeria, and plenty of coffee bars and shops is at 2,5 km. The truth is that we are in the countryside, in a quiet place, but it would be very hard to define it as isolated.

De conception récente, $NomeStruttura est aménagée avec goût et Maurizio, le maître des lieux, sait être présent et discret à la fois.

Les principaux sites touristiques peuvent paraître un peu loin, mais c\'est aussi un avantage pour qui veut échapper aux hordes estivales qui déferlent sur l\'Italie.

Même s\'il faut faire quelques kilomètres, Orvieto, Terni avec ses Cascata di Marmore, Pérouse et Todi valent largement le voyage. Si l\'Ombrie n\'est pas la Toscane, elle a pourtant ses charmes et quelques promenades à pied dans les collines vous en convaincront. Un conseil : louez une semaine en Toscane puis venez vous reposer à $NomeStruttura ou venez vous détendre d\'abord et faites le tour de la Toscane ensuite.
