The farmhouse consisting of independent apartments, lies in Umbria on the hills of Lake Trasimeno with 10 hectares of agricultural land.

The property is located in the municipality of Paciano, recognized as a pioneer of the "MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES IN ITALY" club.

This holiday home which today looks like a small village nestled in the greenery, opened its doors in 1992, initially recovering an old farmhouse and subsequently the related agricultural outbuildings. It currently offers different accommodation options with additional services on request and bookable in advance for your well-being.

Apart 2 swimming pools, the Wellness Point, the playing area for children or the soccer field, guests have the choice of various spaces dedicated to entertainment.

Available 2 swimming pools with a large solarium, equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs dedicated to each apartment to guarantee your own private space.

The Rectangular Swimming Pool 12 x 6 m (1.20 - 1.70 m), with a new skimmer filtering system and natural salt-based purification (without the use of chlorine).

The Oval Pool 11 x 5.50m (1.00 - 1.40m), with the skimmers filtering system and traditional purification.

Wellness corner: Hydromassage (summer), Heated (spring/autumn)
