The Borgo, immersed in the green Umbrian countryside, a stone's throw from Tuscany, is the ideal place to spend a holiday dedicated to nature and art tourism.

The beautiful swimming pool and the garden with gazebos and pergolas are places of relaxation to sip a glass of wine at sunset, read a book in the hammock, stroll among the sculptures of the village, sunbathe on the lawn in absolute tranquility.

This farmhouse consists of 10 houses that can accommodate from 2 to 10 people each. Old stone and brick farmhouses open their doors to hospitality while retaining their timeless charm. The interiors of the houses retain the old weaving in terracotta tiles and wooden beams, enriched by furniture from the past, hanging objects and straw chairs.

If you are a large group or if you need to celebrate an event in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside, you have the opportunity to reserve the entire structure, including the Locanda delle Rose, a common room where you can eat and spend time all together. The room includes the use of the kitchen. In this way you will have the whole Borgo at your disposal, the entire garden and the swimming pool.

The pool
The swimming pool is surrounded by flowering trees and shrubs in a fascinating natural hollow. The wide Roman staircase frames the bucolic landscape. It is always a pleasure to spend happy moments immersed in water that maintains its purity thanks to an innovative UV sterilizer. The best time to enjoy the pool is twilight when the water takes on multiple colors from a LED light.

The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 30th September.

The farmhouse is not only for lovers of relaxation, numerous sports activities are available in this structure. 360 ° entertainment, every guest can find the sport they love most. Five-a-side football, volleyball, table tennis and bowls are just some of the possible options; for fishing enthusiasts it will be possible to have fun in the pond full of fish, for guests who want to keep fit, no problem! La Locanda delle Rose is a space of 50 square meters. ideal for hosting themed dinners, food and wine meetings, cooking classes, business meetings, ceremonies; can hold up to 30 people. It is furnished with handcrafted wooden tables, on an ancient stone cobblestone floor. It has a well-organized self-contained kitchen. Outside you will have ceramic tables under a large pergola covered with wisteria and surrounded by roses of different types, colors and scents.
The Cappuccina Room is a beautiful 60 square meter living room with wooden and terracotta beams, with lamps and furnishings that create a suggestive atmosphere that is perfect for spending pleasant moments in company.
The furniture is completed by tables of various sizes and a sofa area with a cast iron fireplace. It can accommodate about 30 people.
