The farmhouse is located in a splendid hilly context in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, among vineyards, olive trees and cherry trees.

In a 5-minute walk, you will arrive in the center of the town of Negrar in Valpolicella; the city of Verona is only 13 km away and Lake Garda 20 km away.

During their stay, guests can visit the farm, the vineyards, the fruit and the aging cellars, discovering the various stages of processing each wine. At the end of the visit, reserved for them free of charge, they will be able to taste some wines of our production.

In the two apartments, Casa12 and Casa13, close to the cellars of this farmhouse in Villa Negrar in Valpolicella, we offer rural hospitality, combining the simplicity of the past with modern comforts.

Casa12 and Casa13, obtained in the ancient renovated cottages, are apartments arranged on several floors, furnished in a sober style, each with a fully equipped kitchen, single and double bedrooms (on request you can separate the beds and / or add 1 cot for babies) and a bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning and heating are autonomous. The consumption of gas and electricity are included in the price as well as linen.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests during their stay, but upon request, a daily cleaning service can be provided for a fee.

Parking is available and free. To leave maximum freedom of schedules, our guests can prepare breakfast and meals, as the apartments have a well-equipped kitchen.

The guests of the farmhouse can, in addition to the courtyards, experience the Italian garden that surrounds the nineteenth-century villa, where there is the delightful panoramic terrace, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for lunch or dinner in the open air, tasting our wines, enjoying a romantic and relaxing view of the vineyards, experiencing the peace and serenity that these places offer.

Pets: they are welcome, but they must always be looked after to avoid causing damage to people, housing or business facilities. There are no spaces where to leave them unattended. In the presence of animals, a contribution is required for final cleaning of the apartment.

Transfers: on request we can book transfer services from / to Catullo airport and from / to Porta Nuova railway station or, during the opera season, from / to the Verona Arena.

Garden and outdoor environments: in the presence of children, parents are responsible for their behavior and must check that they do not cause damage or bring them to others and to the structures.

The railway station of Verona Porta Nuova (12 km) and the "Valerio Catullo" airport of Verona Villafranca (20 km) are also connected to the town of Negrar in Valpolicella by bus service.
