Our structure was created from the renovation of an ancient medieval farm, including vat cellar, granaries, barns and stables, whose origins date back to the Etruscans, passing through the Roman and Barbarian eras.

14 apartments of various sizes, a reception, a bar, a room displaying the farm's products, a wine shop, a restaurant with fireplace and a large terrace have been expertly set in the village. Furthermore, we offer a large private outdoor car park, a swimming pool, a garden, a conference room and a small fitness centre.

Our panoramic swimming pool is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, surrounded by terraced gardens and wisteria-covered pergolas, immersed in silence and the scents of rosemary, lavender and nocturnal jasmine.
For fun and relaxation, we offer billiards, table tennis, card games, swings and a TV room. The more sporty can rent bicycles and travel along the famous roads of the L'Eroica races, the Gran Tour of Val di Merse and Strade Bianche, with our staff ready to suggest the best routes.

Our restaurant, located in the ancient vat cellar of the farm, stands out for its original furnishings and management choices, with over 120 internal and 120 external seats, it is ideal for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or intimate dinners.
