This Villa accommodates 6 guests. The original building, a 17th-century tower house, was restored in 1990 according to the Tuscan tradition and outfitted with furnishings from the owner's family.

On the ground floor, you find a central living room with a fireplace. From the living room, you have access to the three bedrooms: one double, and two twins. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. One bathroom with bathtub is separate.

Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which features a large kitchen/dining room with a fireplace for barbecuing. Off the kitchen is one of the terraces, equipped with an iron table and chairs.  Another terrace, shaded by a pair of old oak trees, overlooks the valley. Period furniture and decor, belonging to the owner's family, are found throughout the house. There are sun chairs for lounging outside.

There is wood available for the barbecues, public drinking water, instant hot water, and central heating. Baby cots and high chairs are available. Mosquito nets for all windows.High speed Wi-Fi.In the property there are 4 cats, with adequate shelter, well cared for and under veterinary supervision.

Set 400 meters from the bituminized road, the site remains secluded and accessible only via a private driveway, ensuring a holiday in the middle of olive groves, vineyards and woods.
