This Organic farmhouse with swimming pool and restaurant, lying in the hills of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini, 18 kilometres from Florence, has always been characterized by high-quality agricultural products combined with a deep respect for the environment and for protecting the health of its customers.

The Agriturismo, with its apartments and one Villa, swimming pool and restaurant, is the fruit of a restoration project that demonstrates agriturismo's resolve to preserve the qualities and characteristics of the traditional Tuscan way of life and architectural style. On the Tenuta, four venerable farm residences have been re-structured into apartments, a farm house, swimming pools, and a restaurant.

Just 300 metres from the restaurant, with a private swimming pool, there is a casa colonica (traditional farm house) with a spacious living room, kitchen, garden, and 7 double rooms with bath. Next to it is the Lilla apartment with a private patio, set in verdant surroundings.

A typical Tuscan farmhouse located in front of the restaurant and very near the pool, features five tasteful apartments restored in the traditional Tuscan country style.

Located near this one, there is the unique Villino I Cavalli which was the very first establishment in agricultural tourism in the area. The structure was built in accordance with criteria of bio-sustainability, in complete respect for the environment and the well-being of our guests, and in line with our choice of organic agricultural production and cultivation. Love for details and careful attention to the interior design render this apartment a truly charming refuge. A pool and restaurant are at guests' disposal.

Just a few steps away there is a restored portion of the farmhouse used as the company's offices, that dominates the valley and offers extraordinary views of the vineyards. It occupies a discreet position, ideal for immersing oneself in the silence and quiet of the countryside, and letting oneself be lulled by the tranquility of nature. A pool and a restaurant are at guests' disposal.

The restaurant is built in an old barn near the pool and it overlooks on a wide view of vineyards and olive groves. The veranda (terrace) overlooks on the green countryside and here it is possible to have typical and genuine outdoors' dinners or lunches.

The restaurant has also a 90 mq meeting room where we organize events, conferences, seminars, wine tastings and private dinners.

The restaurant is open for dinner every day from half June to September. In April and May is only open on the weekend, as well as in October. Generally from late October to late March the restaurant is closed; it is open on request for groups and for the National Celebrations.

Art and flavours: Guided visits of the farm, wine cellar, and olive-oil press house are offered by request, along with tastings of all of the Farm organically-grown products: DOCG Chianti, IGT wines, Tuscan extravirgin olive oil, vin santo, and grappa, along with traditional Tuscan lunches and dinners.

The restaurant offers cooking courses and special themed dinners with music and theatre performances.

Sports and nature: Guests may enjoy two large swimming pools set in the midst of the vineyards and olive trees. Four signed hiking trails give access to the beauty of the countryside. The property makes available mountain bikes for exploring Tuscany.

Meetings and events: The restaurant's main room of 90 square metres can host weddings, conferences, courses and workshops.

Just two steps away: Florence 18 km, Vinci 15 km, Pisa 50 km, Siena 70 km, San Gimignano 40 km, and Volterra 65 km.

Montelupo Fiorentino, just 5 kilometres away, has a fine ceramics museum and many other services: RR station, supermarket, bank, and post office.

Malmantile, 2 kilometres away, has a bank, post office, and grocery shop.

Lastra a Signa, 5 kilometres, offers a RR station, "big-box" supermarket, bank, and post office.

It is advisable to arrive at the farmhouse by car.
