San Casciano dei Bagni, a wonderful spa resort is just a few miles from the villa with its 42 water sources at 40 ‘C.

The Agriturismo has 3 different apartments, each with private entrance, and all the apartments have living room with fireplace, bathrooms, Tv sat, independent heating, and useful equipment (iron, hari dryers) beside other food stuff (coffee, sugar, the).

Cribs and children beds are available (free) on demand.

The Agriturismo is pleased to offer its guests a range of facilities to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Guests can use the swimming pool (7x14m), hydromassage, barbeque (one for each apartment), gardens and parking areas within the grounds of the country house while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

There is also a children’s play area, a boules pitch, table tennis and table football available.

Guests are free to borrow our mountain bikes for rides in the countryside.

A daily or weekly cleaning service is available at €12 an hour upon request.

A chef and waiter service is also available (prices can vary depending on the season).

The agriturismo works in collaboration with a luxury Spa resort (famous for its rich thermal waters and variety of treatments for wellbeing), a horse riding centre, and cookery school for courses in Italian cooking.
