Location: the farmhouse is located in Ortezzano, a little medieval village in the river Aso valley, in Fermo province (formerly Ascoli Piceno province), Le Marche region.

Swimming pool

Description: the farmhouse, its country roads, its swimming pool (18x6 sqm) surrounded with old olive trees, is at the customers’ disposal.
In fact it is possible to have long walks in the middle of the vineyards, to follow the seasonal country works or simply staying in a perfect and peaceful relax.

Vineyards

Farm: the farmhouse is in the middle of a 30 Ha farm in which cultivation is completely organic; the level grounds are planted with fruit trees (plums, pears, peaches) whereas the hilly grounds are planted with vineyards.

Vineyards

Wines: the grapevines cultivated in the farm produce the famous red wine Rosso Piceno DOC (Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot vines) and the native white wine Falerio (Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino vines).
