Our building is located in the hills of Marti, a rural and Etruscan settlement, halfway between Florence and Pisa, a part of Tuscany which is considered one of the most beautiful.

The following places of interest are just thirty minutes away; Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, Viareggio, San Gemignano, Casciana and Montecatini. There are many things to do in these cities, ranging from cultural and artistic things, to places of natural beauty. Our building is made of up of two units, a one roomed choice called IL FIENILE and a four roomed apartment called LA CASACCIA where you can access the garden area and enjoy the evenings with a good Tuscan wine.

Has an amazing view, from which overlooks the hollow valleys and has quite a large scope, a view in which you could spend all day immersed in, watching nature and enjoying the tranquillity of our neighbourhood.
