Montelopio 613 is a completely renovated 19th Century farmhouse situated ammongst the lush, green hills in the lovely province of Pisa, near Volterra. Surrounded by nature and history this is the ideal place if you wish to relax and escape the stresses of life.
It is actually situated in a natural park, the "Parco dell'Alta Valdera".
Montelopio 613 offers a very large swimming pool (open from May to October) equipped with six Jacuzzi style points and surrounded by olive, oleander and fruit trees.
For those who prefer shadow to the sun, guests can take advantage of the gazebo complete with tables and chairs reserved for every apartment.

Swimming pool

The location of the Montelopio 613 is also excellent if you wish to visit the most important cultural and artistic centres nearby of Tuscany. You can easily visit the beautiful towns of Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, and even the sea at just 45 minutes away by car.

The property comprises two units, the main farm-house with 6 apartments: 4 one double bedroom apartments (50 sq. mts) and 2 two double bedroom apartments (75 sq. mts) and the hay barn with 2 three double bedroom apartments (80 sq. mts) restored and decorated in the original peasant style. These two apartments are suitable for large families and group of friends who wish to be together and desire more privacy.

Interiors

From April to September the apartments are available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, arrival between 16.00 – 24.00 hrs and departure between 8.00 – 10.00 hrs, whilst for the rest of the year October to March arrival and departure can be on any day of the week with a minimum stay of 2 days.
