Description

Location: this completely renovated 19th Century farmhouse is situated ammongst the lush, green hills in the lovely province of Pisa, near Volterra and San Gimignano.

Surrounded by nature and history this is the ideal place if you wish to relax and escape the stresses of life.
It is actually situated in a natural park, the "Parco dell'Alta Valdera".

Services: the farmhouse offers a very large swimming pool (open from May to October).
For those who prefer shadow to the sun, guests can take advantage of the gazebo complete with tables and chairs reserved for every apartment.
Environs: the location of the farmhouse is also excellent if you wish to visit the most important cultural and artistic centres nearby of Tuscany.
You can easily visit the beautiful towns of Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, and even the sea at just 45 minutes away by car.

Composition: the property comprises two units, the main farm-house with 6 apartments, of which 4 one double bedroom apartments (50 sq. mts) and 2 two double bedroom apartments (75 sq. mts) and the hay barn with 2 three double bedroom apartments (80 sq. mts) restored and decorated in the original peasant style.
These two apartments are suitable for large families and group of friends who wish to be together and desire more privacy.

From April to September the apartments are available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, arrival between 16.00 – 24.00 hrs and departure between 8.00 – 10.00 hrs, whilst for the rest of the year October to March arrival and departure can be on any day of the week with a minimum stay of 2 days.
