the structure: completely renovated in the traditional tuscan style both in terms of its decoration as well as finishings, with aged bricks and rafters. situated a few dozen metres away from the agritourism, the restaurant offers breakfast on a daily basis.

location: the hamlet of fabbrica was built in medieval times by the noble families of the grand duchy of tuscany. it sits on top of a hill, 150mt. above sea level, overlooking a magnificient scenery of vineyards, olive trees and gentle hills surrounding the town of volterra.
this hamlet, although many centuries have gone by, has not suffered from changes spoiling its characteristic flavour, keeping as true and typical as the people of tuscany can witness.
the hamlet spreads over the highest spot, where was the stronghold and other, gentler and less steep hills, the dwellings were built and amongst these we find the villa.
