Location: the villa is situated where the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Florence meet. The villa is just a short distance from the well preserved historical towns of San Gimignano (29 km) and Volterra (20 km). The villa is surrounded by a spacious 5. 000 m garden, landscaped with traditional Tuscan flora, enclosed by an electric fence and Mediterranean shrub hedges to ensure total privacy and a sheltered carpark.
Description: the villa is a traditional 1800 Tuscan farmhouse converted with great attention to detail by the proprietors. The original features such as the terra cotta flooring, chestnut wooden beams and stone walls enhance the modern restoration to provide a comfortable environment. The villa comprised of two floors measures 250 sq.m and hosts up to 11 persons.
Swimming pool: 15m x 5m swimming pool with a depth from 40cm to 150 cm. with Roman spa steps leading into the pool and a hydro-massage zone, just push the button to release the water jets for a soothing lower back and neck massage.
Three sides of the pool are decorated with flowers and the fourth with a small waterfall where the water is only 40 cm in depth and therefore ideal for children; a solarium with sun beds, chairs and small tables for those who prefer to bask in the sunshine; a wrought iron sheltered gazebo with sofas and armchairs for those who prefer the shade.

Tucked away in a lesser known part of Tuscany, undiscovered by crowds of tourists, the Villa, on the outskirts of the medieval village of Montelopio, is idyllically located in an exceptionally beautiful, lush and varied landscape dotted with olive groves, vines, fields of wheat and sunflowers and woodlands abounding in wild boars, porcupines, foxes and deer.
