Holiday Home close to Siena in the beautiful countryside of Val di Merse Natural Park.
If you are looking for a pleasant and elegant place, not too far from the sea yet close to the most important city of Tuscany, this is the best place for you!
In the heart of the main house we have four apartments in two separate properties: all are new but rustic like Tuscany's way, spacious, elegant and comfortable with nice furniture inside and outside, kitchens are completely equipped including a big refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and a moka and american coffee maker, have open-plan living room with fireplace and sofas, tv satellite, and all the bedrooms have double or twins beds sometimes with loft for extra beds, too.
The bathroom have shower, wc, hairdryer and occasionally washing machine (or there is a laundry in common).

Surrounding the property is a big garden where you can relax, read a book and so on and it is so large and peaceful that usually no one have any problem with the others.... there is also a double barbecue (which can be shared by all our guests) where you could cook our typical and very famous charcoal grilled steak named "Fiorentina" and some more covered terrace for your breakfast, lunch or evening meal.
We also have two lovely small villas (Ibis and Oca) which are in the heart of the wood surrounded by our olive tree, a little bit far from the main building. These cottages are really perfect and romantic for a couple of people who desire to be quiet alone. At the entrance (ground floor) there is a small living room with sofa in front of fireplace, and a little kitchen (with little oven and refrigerator, toaster, moka and american coffee maker but no dishwasher).

At the upper floor there is a loft bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, wc, hairdryer and washing machine. Outside there is a private parking, terrace with table, chairs and barbecue.
You can come at the main building by walk or by car on a private short road really nice.
We have recently finished two new panoramic pools; there will be one little for children and a larger one for adults only with sun-bed and umbrella where you can relax. We are situated on the summit of a hill surrounded by olive trees and a wooded area, consequently we have a beautiful view on the country side and an excellent supply of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

We are well situated for many of the important cities, towns and attractions of the area: Siena, San Galgano Abbey or Petriolo's thermal water (twenty minutes), Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico d'Orcia (less than one hour), San Gimignano, Maremma country and the sea coast are also within easy reach (one hour). In one hour and half you can be in Florence, Pisa or Arezzo or in one of our new big Outlets for your shopping because we are centrally situated in the amazing principality of Tuscany!

NOTES:
In June, July and August we weekly rented from Saturday to Saturday, only.
In May and September at least for 4 nights (with daily price).
Daly price also includes a little breakfast in the apartment (coffee, tea, milk, sugar, toasted bread, marmalade, butter) only for few days stay.
Price includes linen for beds, towel for bath and kitchen (change every week), consume of water, light, gas and taxes.
Heating is just included in the daily price, too, not in the weekly price (up to consume).
Children under 10 years old are free.
Cot + long chairs on request.
Final cleaning is to pay here at the end.
We love your pets! but we only accept on request and after that we have check to have the right apartment available (+ € 10 on the final cleaning).
