relaxation in an amazing nature with all comforts available
we felt like living in our own country house.the breakfast basket was adequate and prepared with care

Clezia, the person who interfaces with guests, made this holiday a success!
Clezia spent time each day helping us plan our outings. Without that help, we could not possibly have enjoyed the hill towns and the many aspects of Tuscany the way we did. Thank you Clezia! Also, the buildings and amenities were in good condition, everything worked well. Internet access was quite good, from our unit. This was important to us because we did quite a bit of research for the rest of our holiday from there.
The gravel driveway was more than a kilometer long, and needed maintenance.

So neat and charming!
Clizia is the most helpful, kind and service minded hostess you can imagine. Sometimes pictures cheat - in this case too - the reality is even better than the pictures! Francesco keeps the surroundings in perfect shape. Fantastic pool with salt water. Dishwasher and free laundry is perfect.
A wider ranging wireless internet and aircon in the bedrooms could be nice.
Thanks to all of you! It was so fun and nice to have all of you here with us and I really hope to see you again.. sure.. with a rented car is better! ;) Clizia

très bonne adresse , le lieu est magnifique et l'accueil est très syampthique
très joli site, piscine magnifique, beaucoup d'espaces mais aussi des espaces communs entre voisins ( exemple ; le barbecue, la piscine etc.. ) qui permettent de faire des connaissances pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Très bien situé pour visiter Sienne et le sud de la Toscane, notamment vinicole. 2 chiens et 1 chat très accmodants que nos enfants ont adoré. accueil très sympathique.

Heerlijke kleinschalig vakantieoord in Toscane met een bijzonder hartelijk management ter plekke.
Mooi appartement, heerlijk groot zwembad, ruim opgezet, prachtige uitvalsbasis, fantastische gastvrouw.
Eigenlijk niets. Houdt wel rekening met ruw weggetje van 1600 meter als laatste stukje naar de locatie.

Nog nooit zo'n lieve, enthousiaste en beschikbare gastvrouw gehad als hier. Zij alleen al heeft van ons verblijf een onvergetelijke vakantie gemaakt.
De toegangsweg! Ga er niet naartoe met een nieuwe of dure auto, je rijdt hem stuk.

Rust en privacy
Cottage met eigen grote tuin, zeer kind- en hondvriendelijk. Een heerlijke plek voor een relaxte vakantie, op korte afstand van Sienna en Florence.
De niet verharde weg naar de agriturismo behoeft nog verbetering, maar daar zou aan worden gewerkt.

Propriétaire stressée que l'on à pas envie de déranger! Tout dans les apparences!
Heureusement situé en Toscane .
COTTAGE SITUE SOUS UNE LIGNE ELECTRIQUE A HAUTE TENSION!!!Paradoxalement peu de prise éléctriques dans le logement,manque de couverts:pas de petites cuillères.D'autre part l'accès à la propriété s'effectue par un chemin d'au moins un kilomètre en très mauvaise état avec le risque d'endommager votre véhicule.

wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage hilfsbereites Personal, falls einmal nicht anwesend, sofort per Telefon zu erreichen top ausgestattete Küche gepflegte Poolanlage mit traumhaften Blick in die Natur jedes Zimmer im Appartement hat ein eigenes Bad und WC der offene Kamin ist einfach ein Traum rundum zum wohlfühlen

Relaxing in Tuscany. Great food, great wine, great countryside. Lovely people.
The stay at the Oca was fantastic with a very helpfull hostess, Clitsia. A real family environment with friendly people, dog (Toby), cat & even a homing bird. :)
A little bit out of the way and difficultg to find but once we knew where it was, it was easy enough to access. Certainly needs more road signage.

Csendes, nagy kiterjedésű kert, sósvizű úszómedence. A szállás tiszta, kényelmes. A személyzet nagyon barátságos, állandóan jelen van, bármi probléma adódik.
Nincs klíma a szobákban, emiatt a galérián lévő ágyakat nem nagyon lehet használni.. Csak autóval lehet bárhová elmenni, biciklivel nem (nagy forgalmú út vezet a szálláshoz, az erdei út trekking biciklivel járhatatlan, mountainnal esetleg járható.)

Herlig, avslappende sted med gode faciliteter. Deilige dager ved bassenget, kort vei til sjøen og de nydelige toscanske byene Ingen nevnt, ingen glemt. Stor vedfyrt grill som var fantastisk! Vi laget mye mat på stedet med fantastiske råvarer.
Avslappende, rent og ordentlig både inne og ute. Vaskemaskin til fri benyttelse, oppvaskmaskin og alt virket som det skulle. Bra vertskap som var lett tilgjengelig. Snakket veldig godt engelsk.
Eneste vi savnet var å kunne gå eller jogge til bakeren om morgenen men tror kanskje ikke at det er så vanlig i Toscana.

My husband and I would highly recommend Monticiano 1350. Our week in this villa was a highlight of our 5 month adventure. The manager Celistia, was one of the kindest people we met. She went way out of her way to make sure our visit was memorable. She shared her recipes and was always very helpful in planning our daily adventures.
The amazing service is worth commenting on twice. We also loved the setting, and the farmhouse and grounds. The pool was inviting.
