Description
Position: the farmstead is located 30 km from Florence; a settlement dating from the 11th century.
Within its spacious grounds of 350 hectares, predominantly woodland, the farm cultivates 5000 olive trees, producing extra-virgin olive oil, and offers hospitality in the farm tourism facilities, a recently renovated 16th century farmhouse. The farmhouse: is the monumental hub of the estate, with the owner’s residence complete with medieval tower, aristocratic chapel with frescoes from the 16th and 17th centuries and a wide courtyard adorned with magnificent lemon and rose bushes. Stables and barns look onto a beautiful enclosed lower court. A picturesque driveway with century old plane trees and blue hydrangeas opens into the north side of the garden.
