, particularly suited to tranquility and nature loving guests.
It is located on the south side of Montecarlo hill, which separates Valdinievole from the wide Lucca plain, close to the historical and famous Via Francigena followed since Middle Ages by pilgrims bound for Rome and the sacred places of Christianity.
Set in a central area from where you can easily reach the main sightseeing cities of Art as
Florence,
Pisa, and
Siena, mountain areas such as
Abetone,
Garfagnana and the
Appennine Mountains, and seaside resorts as
Viareggio and
Versilia.
The villa is surrounded by a 2.000 square mt. landscaped garden, with forest trees and lawn, furnished with table, chairs and a BBQ pit to be used by the guests. The owner, residing near the Villa, owns a farm and grows olive trees, grapes and corn.
It’s possible to access to mountain bike and hiking trails from the villa. A swing and a slide set are located in front of the house making the villa an ideal place for children.
The villa has an electric gate and the guests will be provided for the duration of their stay with a remote control.
