Description

Location: the house is positioned in more than 9.5 acres of green land easily accessible by car.

Driving around the area is very easy, there are no dangerous narrow roads nor sheer drops. A large outdoor area of tall pine trees and shady oaks provides a safe ground for the children to play.

Swimming pool: in a flat ground there's a raised swimming pool, 8 meters diameter, equipped with deck chairs, sunshades and umbrellas where you can relax and enjoy the tuscan tranquility.

What to eat: near the park there is a farmyard where it is possible to taste and buy home made cheese, honey and meat for barbeques.
Also a bar, a small grocery shop, butcher and pizzeria are within walking distance.
