Location: a beautiful recently restored, house situated in the heart of Lucignano, a small hilltop town of elliptical shape, unique in its architectural style.

It has recently been declared a national monument of Italy.
Seemingly untouched since the 15th century, it’s still surrounded by a protective wall and very convenient for touring, close to main railways and bus routes between Florence and Rome. 20 km to Arezzo, 40 km to Siena, 12 km to Lago Trasimeno, 60 km to Perugia, 18 km to Cortona, 30 km to Montalcino, 60 km to Orvieto and close enough to several thermal spas.

Description: the house is suitable for 4/5 persons. It offer a large kitchen with dining alcove. Downstairs bathroom and toilet, a large lounge, 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms.
Study and small outside terrace, the view from the terrace has a panoramic view of the Valdichiana.
