Description

Location: the property a former farmhouse is located in the center of Tuscany, in the geographic area that stretches from Arezzo, Siena and Florence.

Set amidst gentle hills, it offers a really breathtaking view that goes from the Arno river valley, with its green meadows, vineyards and olive groves, to the Apennines.

Description: the estate, that originally included the main farm building and some annexes, has been recently restored in the full respect of the old Tuscan style and its surroundings.

Accommodation: the big farmhouse has been divided in 5 big apartments each one with its own independent entrance and garden. While the smaller house hosts only two big apartments both with independent entrance and garden. Each apartment had been painstakingly restructured, taking great care of maintaining the typical characteristics of the old Tuscan dwellings (cotto or stone floors, oak beams, bricks arches), but they have also been endowed with a touch of modernity that make the reconstruction even more fascinating.

Services: all the apartments are fully furnished and have TV Sat and independent central heating. The estate is surrounded by a large garden where there is also the reception , the communal laundry, and a big gazebo with a communal BBQ.
The swimming pool (14 x7) with external shower is surrounded by sun beds.
Secure parking inside the property.

General lease Condition
Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen linens,), free use of laundry (it also means that we will supply all the detergents), Internet connection. Baby cot, high chair , extra beds are supplied free of charge
It doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 300,00 to be paid on cash , upon the day of arrival and given back on the departure day), mandatory final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person.(Babies up to three years do not pay cleaning fees)
* Heating ( when needed and allowed, usually from mid October to middle March) is per consumption € 4,00/m3
Pet accepted previous agreement,€ 20,00 per week.
