Very comfortable and relatively spacious apartment (gucine appt) on two levels. Modern Tuscan style fittings within a modern Tuscan style building. Very nice and a refreshing change from alternative 'rustic' properties.
Bathroom included a mesh to prevent ingress of insects. Good quality kitchen items e.g. pans and cuttlery. Excellent good sized pool.
A minor point but the barbecue was not positioned in a sheltered (from the sun) location so would not have been very comfortable to use. Consider moving it to a more suitable location,

It was not apartment "Arco" but "Capanna" (thanks God.) Everything perfect !. We intend to spend our vacation next year again in Bucine 242 - Incrociata, apartment "Capanna"!(please, do not rise the price after reading this comment).

très bel endroit, dans la nature, belle piscine. Propriétaire très discret.
situation, piscine, parking, beaucoup de place autour de la propriété et autour de la piscine
chemin d'accès en mauvais état.

Cadre exceptionel et prestations de qualite. Domaine bien entretenue avec piscine, jeux pour les enfants et BBQ. Calme en pleine nature et proche de tout le Tuscany (Sienna, Firenze, Cortona, ...).
Cadre remarquable pour passer les jours au calme a la piscine et les autres jours a visiter le Tuscany.
Un peu loin du village, donc a prevoir les courses.
