Location: Lucca 1927 is located in the hamlet of Santa Maria del Giudice on the hill that separates Lucca from Pisa. The place is known as's pass; a reference to the line by the well-known Italian writer Dante Alighieri.
It dates back to the 11th century.
The property extends over more than 4 ha and is immersed in greenery; a peaceful and panoramic place where visitors can relax and enjoy the silence.
Swimming pool
The property includes a private 6 x 12 metres in-ground swimming pool with nonslip and anti-burn flooring, salt water, a flight of steps inside, aluminium stepladder, neck massage waterfall and outside shower. In addition, there is a rest area with beach umbrellas, sunbeds, a table with chairs and a barbecue. The decor is rustic: ancient wooden beam roofs and old-style terracotta flooring. Parking is available. We love animals: they stay at no extra charge.
Layout of the property: the manor house is on two floors. On the ground floor, the entrance leads into the day area with a table, chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace and an ancient sideboard. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave oven, large electric stove, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, table and chairs and wooden kitchen furniture. The laundry area is up three steps and is equipped with a washing machine and an ancient wash tub.
There is also a living room with sofa, armchairs and stereo, which leads to a landing with a small fully-equipped bathroom. Continuing up the stairs, on the first floor, are a bedroom with an 18th-century iron bed and a small passageway bedroom with a single bed, through which the second fully equipped bathroom is reached. The corridor then leads to a second double bedroom, which has an ancient balcony with a view over the lowlands of Lucca. There is another bedroom with two single beds and a fireplace. One further box room is available.
