Lucca 1330 (70 square meters) is a garden apartment at the ground floor of an old farmhouse restored in 2003; it's located on the hills north-west of Lucca (100 meters altitude) with views of the surrounding countryside of olive tree groves and vineyards.

Nearby to the center of the medieval burg (5 km.) it's an ideal base point to reach the other sites of tuscany (seaside 20 km, Florence 70 km, Siena 105 km, Pisa 20 km, Apuan Alps 40 km, Forte Dei Marmi 30 km.). It's made up of one double bedroom, one bathroom and a large living room with a generous and well-equipped kitchen space with dishwasher and oven. optimal for two persons and more than enough for four (there's a comfortable sofa-bed).

We have preserved the character of this part of the farmhouse, where we stored wine-barrels till a few years ago,with its antique cotto floors and beamed high ceilings adding just a fireplace for your winter stays (of course there's also the gas heating). at your disposal a loundry-room on the back of the house, a wide garden (with lighting), A panoramic terrace for sunbathe, barbecue, pergolas, parking space.
