Welcome to the self-catering holiday homes. The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, the location is excellent since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
Our attractive holiday home has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century estate, near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, the origins of which date back to the late Middle Ages. The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four apartments, is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.
A large garden equipped with tables, chairs, canopies, with (7 x 12 meters) swimming pool with a part for children (3x3 meters) surrounds the compound.
All the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished and they have been endowed with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room available for common use (iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner).

Each unit has its reserved space in the garden and by the pool.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy.

In Tuscany, every season has its own charm. The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy, food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.
Open air markets in every small town or villages in the area every day of the week.
The train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house with free parking, all our guests have appreciated very much this facility, since it allows to visit Florence (even every day) and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our house.
We live on the premises, but the garden and the swimming pool will be for the unique use of our guests.
