Welcome to your Vacation home in Tuscany Excellent central location close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria, on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

The property a former farmhouse is set on gentles slopes descending toward the left bank of the Arno river, at the foot of the medieval village of Laterina, near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, the origins of which date back to late Middle ages. The place is surrounded by history and it still maintains its magical atmosphere. The farmhouse, once upon a time, was part an old estate, where farmers grew tobacco and it has recently acquired the status of historical building.The charming house that resulted by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration, is currently divided into four comfortable and spacious units: one cottage and three spacious apartments that can host from 2 up to 9 people. A large fenced fully equipped garden, with a 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that also has a part for children, surrounds the property.There is also a communal BBQ area with three stone charcoal BBQ.
In every apartment is possible to add beds without any additional cost.
All units have reserved space in the garden and by the swimming pool. Free reserved parking in front of the house.

A caution of 280 euros is required at your arrival

Owner live on the premises and while respecting above all their guests’ privacy they are always available for them.
The lodging enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo and it is the ideal base for many excursions in all Central Italy. Being in the center of Tuscany Siena, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia and many other art cities will be easily reached...while the shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most important Made in Italy fashion brands such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G and many others.
The area is full of nice restaurants that offer either the typical Tuscan cuisine or Pizza.
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in Laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, while Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.
The train station to reach Florence is 7 km from the house (free safe parking) and in about one hour it will take you right to the centre of the city without having to worry about parking and traffic.
If guests want to reach Florence by car, we will be happy to give them the direction to reach safe parkings.

The Natural Reserves of “Valle dell’Inferno e Bandella” and “Ponte Buriano e Penna” will also give visitors the opportunity to explore this area natural environment through quite a few charming itineraries.
Open air markets in every small town or villages in the area every day of the week . The First Saturday and Sunday of each month one of the most important Antiquities Fair takes place in Arezzo.
In Arezzo is also organized twice a year the famous” Joust of the Saraceno” an historical commemoration dating to the XIV century that takes place twice a year in the Piazza Grande of Arezzo. The traditional joust is celebrated on the first Sunday of September, and a "minor" edition on the second last Saturday of June precedes it. It takes its origin from the training of soldiers who exercised with a machine while riding a horse. This machine symbolizes the enemy par excellence of the Christian paladin: the "Saracino", namely the Arab soldier.

General lease Condition Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen linens, swimming pool towels ( if needed), free use of laundry (it also means that we will supply all the detergents), Internet connection( wifi in all the apartment , USB key in the cottage) , DVD player. It doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 280,00 to be paid on cash , upon the day of arrival and given back on the departure day), mandatory final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person.(Babies up to three years do not pay cleaning fees)* Heating ( when needed and allowed, usually from mid October to middle March) is per consumption€4.00 m3. Baby cot, high chair , extra beds are supplied free of charge. On your arrival will find in each unit a basic supply for the house, that is : mineral water, sugar, coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt, our extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, spices, dish soap, multiuse detergents, garbage bags, courtesy basket, toilet papers, and a welcome surprise.
