Composition: the holiday house consists of a living room divided in two parts, one with a fireplace where there are two double divan-beds, for a maximum of 4 persons, and one with a table and chairs for dining.
There is a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, cooker, sink, and a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.

There is a viewpoint where you can sit in the sun and enjoy the panoramic view of the coast and the islands of the Tuscany archipelago.
For dining in the open air there is a pergola beside a charming forest of ancient olive-trees.
In the garden there are two barbecues and a firewood furnace.
As the cottage is in the country there is no problem with parking.
