Ground Floor: From the ground floor there is access to a covered patio provided with a wrought iron table and chairs in order to enjoy breakfast outside. The large eat-in kitchen has a French door which leads to the surrounding garden area and private terrace with great views, also providing the opportunity for outdoor dinners.

In the dining room there is a table large enough for eight people and two double sofa beds. On this floor there are two bedrooms which have direct access through the living room, another double bedroom and three bathrooms. There is also a room with a beautiful sauna.

First Floor: This upper floor is accessed from the huge patio which leads into the large second eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and plenty of cooking space - a great area for personalised cooking classes!

From the kitchen one enters the huge dining room, great for large groups! Here you will find the main entrance which opens into a covered patio area, and the path leading to the pool and a shady picnic area. The open living room area has several sofas, a satellite TV and a beautifully stone carved fireplace with real olive wood floors. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom located on this floor.

Second Floor: From the dining room there is access to a stairwell which leads to the second floor and to a further two bedrooms with shared bathroom.
The villa can also be divided into two separate apartments forming one big apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the other smaller one with 3 bedrooms and again 3 bathrooms.
It is only possible to rent the apartments separately during the low season.
