Location: the structure is located just 12 km from Arezzo, in the plain north of the Municipality of Capolona approaching the Casentino valley.
A very old locality with the typical layout of an agricultural settlement, the structure stands on the right bank of the Arno about 100 metres from the river in a farmland setting still fertile today.

Apartment, the living room

Composition: the structure is composed of the nineteenth-century, main villa with its Italian garden of approximately 2.600 square metres and the apartment which was the home of the farm manager, a typical figure of nineteenth-century sharecropping in Tuscany.
