The property is set into a wonderful terraced garden which features a swimming pool and reception hall ideal for ceremonies and events. Our three charming apartments have been artfully restored from a warehouse adjacent to an aristocratic palace, right in front of the old village fountain which was built in 1265.

The original architectural features of the apartments have been preserved and the arches and ancient vaulted ceilings create an atmosphere of truly original splendour.
The apartments are furnished with antiques and are very comfortable. The large established garden in front of the house features mature trees, elegant garden furniture and a barbecue.
Each apartment has its own private area in the garden, and all guests have access to the swimming pool. The pool has umbrellas, deck chairs, and outdoor showers.

The garden also features a reception hall which is ideal for events or ceremonies, and which hosts up to 80 people. Nearby you can find the Tuscan towns of Siena, Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano and Montalcino, and the Umbrian capital Perugia. Montepulciano and Montalcino are famous for the production of famous wines Nobile and Brunello, the wonderful landscapes of Chianti and the Orcia Valley with Pienza and Bagno Vignoni, and you can sample the white truffles of San Giovanni d'Asso.
