Location: the farmhouse has 40 hectares of land at its disposal and is situated in the splendid landscape of the Chianti hills.
The property lies in a woody complex, where one can encounter hares, wild-boars, roe-bucks, badgers, that go to water in the lake of the establishment.
It is in the centre of an ideal triangle, where the vertexes are Volterra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa.

Composition: guests are welcomed in 4 apartments of the 16th century, completely restored and independent, furnished with taste by the owners, with beautiful antique forniture.
They provide heating and all other modern conveniences, with equipped kitchens and private bathrooms for all bedrooms.
