The property
Description
In the heart of Chianti, you will find the estate of San Donato in Poggio 54 which offers you a variety of Tuscan style villas which have been successfully divided up into a number of apartments.
The estate is beautifully located on a hillside with breathtaking views over the Chianti area and the natural park of the river Pesa and is equipped with a tennis court and swimming pool (size 15 x 7,5 m) with large sun terrace, covered patio and night illumination.
The apartments in the villas are of varying sizes. All of them have independent entrances and terrace or garden and are equipped with heating and all the modern comforts.
Very peaceful, utterly relaxing and midway between Firenze and Siena, San Donato in Poggio 54 makes for an inviting and exclusive holiday, as quiet or as active as one might wish.
