Description

Location: the farm property sits 3 kilometers from Radicondoli.

The town of Radicondoli sits on top of a high hill surrounded by medieval walls with panoramic views at every turn.
The serene quiet of the estate and the vineyards, fruit trees and Vetrialla stream provide for a unique and calming country experience.

Services: the furnitures are tipical of tuscan farmhouses, all the comforts available and services required for a stay in full autonomy and comfort: bedding, bath and kitchen. (self-catering) central heating, wood for the fire, satellite tv, washing machine, barbecue, ping pong, small lake for fishing, access to disability carriers - use of the products of our organic vegetable garden - The animals are welcome.

All guests are provided linens, bedcovers and kitchenware. The baths and showers all have ample supplies of hot water. The spacious grounds surrounding the house are all open to you and include a vine-covered pergola and a large covered open-air area for eating alfresco in the summer months. Clear and unspoiled skies provide an excellent view of the evening stars and celestial world from our small viewing telescope.
Activities: we enjoy sharing our vast experience of this special region to help organize your travels through the many and varied offerings of this area. You will be invited to share in the tastes of our organic gardens, olive groves and typical regional wines.

Environs: this area of Tuscany is very sparsely inhabited and covered by a combination of rich deep forests and various species of rare vegitation and wildlife.
For many years a protected and undeveloped region, it has been rediscovered as a richly rewarding area for nature touring and enjoyment of the unspoiled countryside of Cecina Valley.
The medieval villages of San Gimignano and Volterra can be spotted across the countryside from Radicondoli and are reached in only 30 minutes by auto.
The touring centers of Siena and Florence are both within an hour’s drive. A day at the Mediterranean seaside is an hour and a half by auto as are numerous natural spring baths such as Piacevole and Petriolo.
