Apartment realized from the renovation of a rural outhouse, that in origin was destinated to hayloft and wine-cellar.

The building, about 80 mq, disposed on two floors, completely in stone, with wooden ceilings, consists in an arcade from which you can enjoy a lovely view of Romena castle and a patch of Casentino’s valley.

Inside there is a sitting room, a kitchen, a double room and a bathroom with shower. Upstair, linked by a cast iron winding staircase, there is a big room with two double beds.

Outside, there is large space with a garden umbrella and a table with chairs. It is equiped by satellite tv system, autonomous heating and independent entrance.
