Village Pratovecchio 1046 is an attractive rural village stood on a Camaldolese monastery, it is on the boundaries of National park of Camaldoli’s forest, Falterona mount and Campigna.
It consists in four picturesque small houses, restored with love and care in the full respect of its origins, it opens in a predominant position, with a suggestive view over Casentino valley, just in front of Romena castle. This wonderful building, easy reachable, is in a oasis of peace and quiet, just only one kilometre from Pratovecchio country, and is an ideal base to visit famous castles as Romena, Poppi, Porciano and Palagio fiorentino, besides very important spirituals places as Camaldoli, Chiusi della Verna. The structure is surrounded by an Italian garden and it’s fit into a park, with wood, vineyard and fruit trees. It is the perfect frame for an holiday in a fresh relax atmosphere.
