Panorama

The villa, in the south of central Tuscany. Is surronded by untouched mediterranean bush "macchia".
Panoramically the whole area is unique, its characteristic flora and fauna remain intact and untampered with. The villa, a very typical Tuscan country house, was built at the end of seventeenth century.

External view

The nearest village, Montecerboli, is 10 minutes away by car and has exellent shops and services such as banks and a post office. Close to the village there is a tennis club and indoor swimming pool.

Garden

Next to the villa there is a broad "oasis" or park with characteristic flora and fauna of the Mediterrean which has several pedestrian tracks.
