Location: The holiday farm is located in the center of Tuscany, in the geographic area that stretches from Arezzo, Siena and Florence. Set amidst gentle hills, it offers a really breathtaking view that goes from the Arno river valley to the Apennines. It is ideally placed for visiting the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria. Arezzo is at 15 km, Siena at 52 km and Florence only at 65 km away. San Gimignano, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi and many other art cities will be easily reached. Chianti, Valdichiana, Casentino and Lake Trasimeno are also close.

Description: The holiday farm has been recently painstakingly restored, taking great care of maintaining the typical characteristics of the old Tuscan dwellings (cotto or stone floors, oak beams, bricks arches), but also endowed with a touch of modernity that make the reconstruction even more fascinating. All the apartments have private entrance, private garden for outdoor dining and reserved area in the big panoramic swimming pool. The big farmhouse hosts 5 big apartments, while the smaller house, the Cottage, hosts only two apartments. The Cottage is also an ideal dwelling for a group of people, because it is completely independent and surrounded by a big private garden.

THE EXTERIOR SPACES and FACILITIES: The estate is surrounded by a large common garden hosting all the collective facilities. POOL AREA - a beautiful green area, with a large swimming pool (14mx7m), with an outdoor shower and romantic covered gazebo for each apartment / open from May to October MEETING AREA - inside and outside spaces for all together being with a large room and a bar corner and an outdoor area with beautiful panoramic loggia PLAYGROUND - area dedicated to little children with a nice playground LAUNDRY - laundry room with a washing machine for guest use PARKING - parking area inside the property RECEPTION - owners are at disposal for any information, spoken languages ITALIAN/ENGLISH/GERMAN BAKERY SERVICE every morning (fresh bread, pasta, pizza) BREAKFAST / DINNER on request We can arrange: WINE TOURS, TOURISTIC TOURS, BOAT TOURS on the river Arno (Birdwatching in the Natural Reserve of “Bandella e Valle dell’Inferno”.

The area is full of nice restaurants that offer the typical Tuscan cuisine and Pizza.
