Catering
The Chef Maurizio (Italo-france) opted for authentic cooking that reflects the region's flavors, offering simple yet perfectly presented dishes true tasty cooking. His cooking, based on the very best regional products, offer a large range of the Italian and Tuscan traditional cooking with some modern interpretation. Also Maurizio presents the quintessence of the vineyards of Montepulciano.
Hors d’ouvre:
Fett'unta with zolfini-bean , snippet of toast with fowl’s liver of chicken , snippet of toast with lard and chestnut honey , the buttermilk curd of Pienza in leaves of Cabbage or the little shapeless of leek and bacon .
First course:
The pappa al pomodoro (tomato soup), the Bordatino (chick soup), the pici (pasta hand made) with goose sauce or the tortelli of pecorino cheese of Pienza in yellow capsicum sauce.
Second Course:
Pork in bread crust, lamb with black olives or the stracotto cooked in Nobile di Montepulciano wine.
Dessert:
The tiramisu, the mousse of mascarpone cheese with mint over the strawberry, the mousse of buttermilk curd with prune jam or the soufflé of buttermilk curd with peach’s ragout.
Cooking Classes
Our cooking class offers a complete panorama of traditional Tuscan and Italian cooking, with some contamination of French cooking, to beginners and upwards. Under the supervision of the Chef, the participants can put the cooking theories they will learn into practice as they prepare themselves the typical Tuscan dishes on the day’s menu coupling with the right wine. The cooking class is held directly in the wonderful kitchen of our Farmhouse under request of our guests few days in advance. The class can be individual or in a group and are held in English or French as well as Italian.
Breakfast
Excellent ingredients that are a pure expression of the countryside. Every day presents the fruit for delicious juice. Apple juice made from local apples.
The sheep buttermilk from Pienza with delicious homemade jam, made with prunes and no sugar, prunes, blackberries and figs harvested from the garden of the farmhouse.
The compote is made daily with the fruits of the season Homemade organic bread.
Large range of delicious coffees.
Homemade cakes and pies complete the picture of a natural and special breakfast.

Under the supervision of the chef Maurizio and with the good taste of the owner Silvia, We can organize unforgettable ceremony.
You can celebrate wedding in the little church near 300 mt. from the villa.
A wonderful hors d’ouvre/aperitive, fry vegetable and champagne served on the pool.
Next you continue in the garden or in the 2 dinner room with a delicious menu escorted by the best wine. All this for to be unique the most important day of your life.
