Montepulciano 311 includes four buildings; the Villa, with the chappel and private garden, the Fattoria (Tino, Fiasco, Botte Giara), the Fattoria of Gualtiere (Lavanda and Spiga) and The Mulino delle Gualtiere (Mill and Macine). In the Villa we give welcome to our costumers into three possible settlements: suite, standard room, superior room.
Fattoria
The Fattoria is an old nineteenth century farmhouse where four independent apartments has been restored, maintaining their original architectural and decorative merit. Around the house there is a sunny garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a 7 x 14 meter swimming pool with a beautiful view on the Tuscany fields and on Montepulciano.
Gualtiera
On a tipical tuscany hill with a beautiful view on vineyards and olives trees, the Fattoria of the Gualtiere, is situated; a beautiful old farmhouse, just restructured, composed of the first floor were every now and then, the owner lives, and two apartments, quite and fresh in all periods for the guests, at the ground floor with their own private entrance and garden.
The Fattoria delle Gualtiere, can use in some periods the Fattoria's (600 mt) or the Mill's (200 mt) swimming pool. If it's not possible to use those swimming pools, the guest will have entrance in Chianciano's swimming pool or special Spa treatments in Montepulciano's termal baths.
Mulino
In a particular place reserved to Montepulciano are situated: charming farmhouse, with annex, in a carefully renovated 16th century water mill which still has the original milling room. A beautiful swimming pool (5x10 m) has been installed in the characteristic, star-shaped dam, where the water used to set in motion the powerful millstones, for the exclusive use of the guests who spend their holidays in this house.
