Location: the bed & brekfast is a typical tuscan house of 19th century, this stone house is ideally located in a quite and hilly position only 3,5 kms

away from the historic town of San Gimignano.
Description: completely restructured in 2006, the structure now offers all modern comforts, including a comfortable sitting room with fire place, whilst still maintaining its historic features, as original wood beams and cotto floor.

The property is surrounded by a large garden of cypresses where during the sunny season breakfast and delights snacks are served.
During your stay you can relax in the property's private garden, complete with swimming pool, and enjoy yourself of the beautiful and peaceful landscape.
