Surrounded by vineyards growing grapes for the famous local wines, Wine Noble of Montepulciano and Red of Montepulciano, the farmhouse is peaceful and quiet, perfect place for person who loves the nature and the quietness. There are lovely views all around and it is easy to reach many interesting places in Southern Tuscany such as, Montepulciano, Pienza, Monticchiello. The Gualtiera is a beautiful old farmhouse, just restructured, composed of the first floor were every now and then, the owner lives, and two apartments, quite and fresh in the summer, for the guests at the ground floor with their own private entrance and garden. The Farmhouse is perfect in all periods of the year, from the spring to the autumn, and you will see the seasons changing, looking the colours that will change from green to red and in to yellow.

Gualtiera - Room

The place is peaceful, outside in the garden; you have the possibility to relax under the trees or to eat under the stars. There is barbecue, mountain bikes, laundry, tables, chairs sun-bed.
There are a lot of place to make beautiful walks in the nature and wiht the mountain bikes. The farmhouse is near to Chianciano and to Montepulciano, were there are public swimming pool, and tennis courts and also to the Baths of Montepulciano were we have special price for heath and beauty treatments.
