Description

Our agriturismo and farm holiday lies in the middle of the Marches region, 15 minutes from the Adriatic sea and the Apennine mountains;

so our guests can spend their days at the beach and the evening in the country.
We offer comfortable rooms to people who need a relaxing stay, looking for peace, open areas, rural traditions, and friendly people. The surrounding land is cultivated and scattered with old rural houses. You may find typical local products such as wine, fruit, and olive oil to name but a few. Nearby you can find the large and small historic cities such as Montalto delle Marche, Ripatransone, Fermo, Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Macerata, Ancona, Urbino and San Benedetto del Tronto...
There is also the possibility, for who demands it, of relaxing in the private swimming pools which are reserved exclusively for guests of our 3 apartments. The two pools, a smaller, round, suitable for children and one rectangular, are immersed in the large garden adjacent to the house, which covers 1500 square meters. Use of the swimming pool:
€ 50,00 a family (max 5 people) a week.
The price includes a beach umbrella, 2 beach mattresses, 2 deckchairs and 4 chairs, and will be paid in situ.
