Description

Location: the villa is situated at the foot of the picturesque village of Iano. This small village is ideally positioned for visiting S.

Gimignano, Volterra and the most beautiful art cities.
This property which was originally the village school has been tastefully converted into two communicating apartments, each with its own entrance.

From April until mid-September we accept reservations for the entire villa

Description: the 2 apartments are furnished in very good taste with many antiques.
The property benefits from a large garden surrounded by olive trees with a lovely panoramic view towards Volterra and Val d’Era.

Services: there is also a swimming pool (6x9m) suitable for children of all ages.
In the garden there is a terrace with gazebo wrought iron table and chairs and also a barbecue.

Environs: in the village there is a Church, typical tuscan restaurant, supermarket and cafè/pizzeria which are within walking distance.
Also within a short distance by car is a golf course, tennis court and riding school (priced locally on application).
