Location: the villa is situated at the foot of the picturesque village of Iano. This small village is ideally positioned for visiting S. Gimignano, Volterra and the most beautiful art cities.
This property which was originally the village school has been tastefully converted into two communicating apartments, each with its own entrance.

Swimming pool

They are furnished in very good taste with many antiques.
The property benefits from a large garden surrounded by olive trees with a lovely panoramic view towards Volterra and Val d’Era.
There is also a swimming pool (6x9m) suitable for children of all ages.
