THE WINE CELLAR Only 5 minutes walk from the restaurant are the winery where we produce our 4 IGT wines and extra virgin olive oil. Here you can visit the areas of wine production, storage and sale. We also have a space used for tastings at which you can sample wines, olive oil and honey combined with Tuscan appetizers, all available from Monday to Friday by reservation at Euro 15. During the holiday season are custom made baskets and wooden boxes with all our products and quality local produce.

Rosso di Toscana IGT wine made from Sangiovese grapes, and Canaiolo Ciliegiolo, indigenous grapes in Tuscany. The color is a beautiful deep ruby red, fruity fragrance and good persistence. WEANING POULTRY Since 1960, Mario and Maria, founders of the family, lead with passion weaning poultry for the production of poultry including chickens, guinea fowl, ducks and capons for sale to agricultural land and the use of white meat in kitchen of our restaurant. At the end of the development of expertise in agriculture are very gladly host school trips for all schools wishing to visit our company at no cost and with a hearty breakfast we organize a journey of discovery of agricultural production (wine, oil and cereals) with a walk among the olive trees and poultry production with a visit to the farm animals (chickens, guinea fowl, geese ...), led by an experienced leader of our family. On request we organize the service, lunch or snack in our premises.
