If you wish to proceed and confirm your booking, just follow the simple indications below:

- Check all the data on the online form and change any incorrect data.
- Choose the deposit payment method.
- Follow instructions to pay the advance.
When we receive your booking we will send you, on confirmation, a voucher via email.
:: Details for payments
- Bank account
The details of how to pay the bank transfer as the name of the beneficiary and the name of his/her bank, will be supplied at the end of the reservation request process.
:: Regulations
- The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Laiatico 2169.
- The payment must be done with Cash or Cheque,
- At arrival a security deposit of 15 % of the total is required.
- Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 19:00.
- Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
- Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.
:: Cancellation Policy- Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 40 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 39 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 40% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 20 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 19 dd on arrival to 10 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 9 dd on arrival to 1 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
- Cancellations from 0 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
