Description

Location: this lovely, comfortable house [200m2] is situated in a wonderful hilltop position, reached by a private road and surrounded by the hills and valleys of the Florentine countryside.

Swimming pool: this is the ideal place to relax amidst peaceful countryside with a pleasant, large (more than 4.000 m2), fenced garden, well maintained, with barbecue, table tennis, a private car park within the grounds and a swimming pool (10x5 meters) set among olive groves.

Description: the house is divided into three apartments of various sizes located on two levels that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people.
Each apartment has been beautifully furnished and decorated with great care by our family, and all are equipped with central heating for the winter season, and a rustic kitchen with oven and fridge.
The property may also be rented as a single villa with private swimming pool

Environs: the farmhouse is well positioned for visiting the many art cities of central Tuscany, as well as many smaller towns and villages in the area . Its position is also ideal for those who enjoy walking.
