Description

Location: the holiday house is an oasis of peace, ideal as a starting point for your daily excursions to the major towns of arts in Tuscany.

Description: the setting is old and it dates back to the 16th century. The comfort of its apartments is modern. For some reading or simply a rest, for a taste of good wine in the open air, the pool and its terrace are the ideal place, with a panoramic view over the Valdera Valley. On the other side, the private woods that is well kept only for you is a place for walking in perfect contact with nature.
In high and highest season stays can start only on Saturday

- Pool (6.00 x 14.00 m breadth/length - water depth ranging 1.20 - 2.40 m) - open by good weather
- Terrace for sun-bathing with tables, chairs, deck-chairs
- Private woods with tables and benches for a picnic or a rest; benches with a view

- Ping-pong table
- Common Room

Swimming-Pool: the usage of the swimming-pool and its related services (change room, showers, deck-chairs, tables, chairs and garden furniture) are strictly reserved for our Customers. Please be advised that the swimming-pool is not warded and therefore you are kindly requested to take care for your children and never let them stay alone. Please respect the peace of the place and don't disturb its silence.

Services on demand, not included in the price:
- Usage of Washing-machines
- Supply of bed linens and towels
- Apartment Cleaning
- Pets. Animals are allowed, but it will be your care to prevent that they create trouble and doesn't dirty the surrounding areas.
