The apartment is on the ground floor – up an external flight of stone steps that culminate on an open landing – of a beautiful stone farmhouse, completely restored, and totally independent, set in a panoramic position overlooking the surrounding countryside of vineyards and olive groves.
It has its own large private space for eating outdoor in a furnished rustic garden, just on the border with the woods.
The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen-dining room, fully equipped with gas range, oven and fridge, a living room with four armchairs, a writing desk etc. and a TV set, a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room and a spacious bathroom with washing machine.
Guests can use the swimming pool.
